As you might guess it's about the real thing of ... weather and vehicles. Global warming made weather crazy ! U can see in my are should be temperate continental weather, but it is more like tropical rain now, and even ice rain so big that every driver stop the car not to break any window !
Walking on the road on foot, by car or by motor bike can really feel the change in weather the rain made these days difficult road conditions so many accidents occur. Going on the same route two days successively I saw three cars turn upside down. Speed and weather made a difficult road condition that was added to Romanian's road beauty . To explain the situation roads are difficult on normal weather because working on road is made as a purpose to "produce" money from the state and it is see as a "permanent" business. This type of profit is see even in IT market, but that is another story. So U can see roads full of water that all use one road sense because of the overflow.
