A romanian paradox!

How to begin it is not important newspaper, employment office , job-search-site ,
because it's always the first one to replay-back one easy-job ghost-company. They
prefers novice because they accept nearly every one!
Experienced ones can be conned by working in probation one month and after that , they are looking for someone who must do everything at no cost at all ! They change the amount of money discussed previous after that probation period just to try you , to hire the most cheap worker that they can find! Family ones with bank loans they like better.
First thing to see is announces without company name! who do not register and even do not talk about contract . They put most draconian ( worst ) condition not in the contract itself, by force in the internal rules which they add in by reference. This is not so public allowing them to control you and prevent you from leaving once signed .
Be very careful where your put your signature ! Ask to read all first because they are in a hurry when they show you this! Take care !
